All designs are created and signed by Matt Herring in his South London studio.
Giclee Prints are printed on museum quality 255gsm Somerset archival paper.
Silkscreen editions are hand-pulled screen prints on Madrid Litho Radiant 350gsm.
To ensure your chosen artwork stands the test of time, hang it away from direct sunlight, UV rays can cause discolouration.
To make it easy to find suitable frames – most of the artworks are created in standard sizes from A4 to A1.
Some of the editions are square in size. These have been created with the most common square framing sizes in mind.
Small to medium size prints are sent out in cello sleeves and hard backed envelopes. Larger prints and the Silkscreen editions are wrapped in acid free tissue paper, rolled and posted in sturdy cardboard tubes.
Due to the nature of how the Silkscreen prints must be packaged they come in much bigger cardboard tubes.
We only use materials for packaging that are biodegradable or recyclable.
Payments are processed seamlessly via our site using PayPal, a secure and well-trusted online payment processor and Stripe for all credit and debit cards. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
We aim to get your chosen artwork to you as soon as possible.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery or Interparcel. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection.

All orders are processed in British Pound Sterling. Any other duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We understand that you may want your item sooner rather than later. At present we do not offer a paid for express service. If it is crucial that you receive an item within a specific timeframe, like a birthday date or wedding for example, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to make your order a priority and get it dispatched quickly. Please note this may incur extra delivery charges, which we will be able to confirm at the time of request. We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition and in original packing within 14 working days for a full refund or exchange.
Customer feedback is important to us so please enclose a note detailing the reason you require a refund or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is liable for the return shipping cost and you must retain proof/certificate of delivery as we cannot refund goods lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has not been returned to us in a re-saleable condition.
Please send all returns to: Matt Herring Art, Unit 2A, 118 Stanstead Road, London SE23 1BX and allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your goods arrive damaged in anyway please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. If any damage is apparent on delivery of the item, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. Please retain the item until you have spoken to us, proof of damage may be required.
Damaged goods are eligible for a full refund including postage.
